What we collect, and why

• Contact details — name, company, email and any project information you send via our forms. Used to reply to you and scope the works.
• Project files and content — copy, audio, video and briefs you share with us. Used to deliver the agreed work and retained in line with contractual, legal and documented retention requirements.
• Usage data — pages visited, device type, approximate location derived from IP. Used to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

Legal basis

• Contract — to provide the services you engage us for.
• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, keep the site secure and improve what we do.
• Consent — for non-essential cookies and any marketing communications you opt into.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors, hosting and email providers, project management and translation tooling, and our vetted linguist roster under written NDAs. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
